How it works...

In the unlikely event we don’t have anything that fits the bill in stock, don’t despair, we can still help!! Simply give us a clear idea of what you are looking for in terms of country of origin, type of piece, colour, size and your budget and we will search for suitable pieces from the many 1000’s of rugs and carpets available from our Importers’ warehouses.

We will bring the selections to the shop for you to see and if we have hit the nail on the head, we will be happy for you to try before you buy at home. If your enquiry was for very large carpets (over 9’x6’) and you need help getting the carpets home, we can arrange a home visit at a mutually agreeable time, for you to see a multiple selection.
