Cleaning and Repairs

We can provide a premium cleaning and specialist repair service for all types of hand-made rugs and carpets. We can repair most damage, from fringes attacked by the vacuum cleaner to rugs that have worn through to a hole. Ask us for more details and the costs involved. We can also undertake valuations for insurance purposes. Written certificates incur a fee of £25.

Delivery and Shipping

We can deliver in the UK and overseas using charged courier services.

If you are buying from overseas, shipment can be arranged. We ask that you pay in advance and we will refund (minus Postage) on receipt of any returned product with which you are not completely satisfied. (See our Terms and Conditions)
