Terms and Conditions
A product can be returned if it is unsuitable, faulty, or damaged so long as you have your original receipt, and the request is made within 5 working days of purchase or delivery, and the product has not been used. Returns to the store should be within 7 working days for a full refund or exchange.
If you wish to return a product to us then the cost of return is the responsibility of the client.
Only once products are received and checked to be in original condition and unused will a refund be made to the client. If it is necessary to clean the product, the cost of cleaning will be deducted from the refund.
